Unblocking Writers Block

Writers block is the worst thing that can happen to a blogger.

It is imperative for bloggers to create posts on a regular basis in order to keep their visitors interest.

Many of us know the hopeless, desperate, helpless, feeling that occurs when you are trying your best to post something of value on your blog and, for no apparent reason, your mind goes blank.

When your mind is cluttered to this extent, and you can't focus on anything, much less write a post on your blog, effective blogging becomes impossible.

What do you become inspired again? What do you do to unblock the block?

Here are a few suggestions you can use to stimulate the gray matter up there when it gets bogged down and all blocked up.

Take a time out and read some other blogs with similar content to yours.

You can always get fresh ideas by reading other blogs with similar content to yours. New ideas can stimulate the brain cells enough to remove writers block.

You can often find a topic to write about by answering some comments or emails in your blog's in-box. Check out related links placed on other posts to pick up some new ideas.

Comment On Other Blogs Related To Your Topic

Use you blog to comment on someone else's. If the site allows trackbacks, use them to get ideas.

Use PLR articles to get ideas from, and then expand on the common thread. Many new topics can be discovered using PLR articles. The cost us usually minimal, and well worth it, to get fresh ideas and stimulate your creative writing talents.

Quit blogging for a day or so. There are times when your body and mind just shut down from stress, exhaustion, or whatever.

HALT; if you are Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired. You cannot function or write effectively.

At times like this, take a break and go fishing, or do anything that takes your mind off your writing.

Writing nothing at all is better than posting incoherent, meaningless content on your blog that won't be of interest to your readers.
